Our wholesale range covers MOES smart home products including smart switches, dimmers, switch modules, sockets and plugs, gateways, sensors, lighting control, and curtain and blind control products. Smart locks and security cameras are excluded unless separately confirmed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quotations exclude international freight, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, insurance, and payment processing fees. Quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the quotation date unless a different validity period is stated.
An order is not confirmed until product models, quantities, pricing, payment terms, shipping terms, and delivery information are all confirmed in writing, and required payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before final confirmation, including due to stock shortage, pricing error, product discontinuation, or incomplete delivery information.
Payment terms are agreed separately for each order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders must be paid in full before shipment. Any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received and confirmed.
All orders ship from our China-based warehouse. Unless otherwise agreed, our quotation covers delivery to the buyer's appointed freight forwarder warehouse in China. International shipping, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and destination delivery are arranged and paid by the buyer.
Where the buyer uses their own freight forwarder, the buyer must provide complete and accurate warehouse information — including name, address, contact, warehouse code, and labeling requirements — before shipment. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or extra costs caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are signed for at the buyer's appointed warehouse in China. Any claim for missing or damaged cartons must be raised in writing within 3 calendar days of warehouse signature. Lead times are estimates only and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted without prior written approval. They may be considered only for wrong product model shipped by our side, quantity shortage due to our packing error, or confirmed warranty-covered quality issues.
The buyer must inspect goods upon receipt and contact us before returning anything. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
MOES products carry a manufacturer warranty depending on model and market version. Warranty covers product quality issues under normal use only. It does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, physical or water damage, overvoltage, unauthorized modification, damage during international shipping after delivery to the buyer's warehouse, or compatibility issues caused by unsupported systems or firmware.
Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer. We will provide you with the appropriate contact and process to ensure your customer receives timely support.
Some products carry CE, FCC, UKCA, RoHS, RCM, or other certifications depending on model and batch. Certification documents are available on request but availability varies. The buyer is responsible for confirming that selected products meet the legal, safety, and import requirements of their destination market.
All trademarks, logos, and brand assets belong to their respective owners. Website design and content created by Chengdu Lingdong Wireless Technology Co., Ltd. may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Product images and descriptions may be used by buyers only for lawful resale or marketing of genuine products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chengdu Lingdong Wireless Technology Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, project delay, customs penalties, or third-party claims.
